Community Involvement: What we’ve been doing
Flagstaff Native Plant & Seed is an active member on the Flagstaff Xeriscape Council. Members include local nurseries, The Arboretum at Flagstaff, the City of Flagstaff, Coconino Community College, and the Coconino County Agriculture Extension.
We are also a donor and active member in the Pine Forest Charter School Capital Campaign. The campaign goal is to build a LEAD Certified “Green” campus for the school that is a community enhancement.
NPS is a regular contributor to Grand Canyon Trust, Grand Canyon Wildlands Council, The Arboretum at Flagstaff, Friends of Flagstaff Future, and the Arizona Native Plant Society.
